Terms & Conditions

We ask all Houndsville visitors to please agree to the below –

  • Acknowledge that you use Houndsville and it’s facilities at your own risk, and accept full responsibility for any accidents, damage to yourselves, others, your dogs or any property. Houndsville is a countryside venue with uneven surfaces.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for dogs escaping the field.
  • If you bring other humans you as the named person booking accept responsibility for their safety and they adhere to the terms and conditions.
  • Leave the site by the end of your booked time.
  • Early arrivals must stay out of sight from others visiting (there may be training in progress, or nervous dogs visiting)
  • Be kind to all others you may encounter on your arrival or departure.
  • All gates to be closed after use of each and every area
  • Not to knowingly use the field if your dog is carrying any contagious medical condition
  • All dogs should be vaccinated to visit Houndsville
  • 48hrs notice required for cancellations/reschedulingand a monetary refund must be requested or credits will be applied to your account.
  • Keep Houndsville clean and use the poo binsprovided  (scatter sawdust provided for runny tummies)
  • Take allpersonal litter out of the field, all dog toys and debris from toys.
  • notify the owner of any damagesfound or caused to Houndsville property, including and especially fencing.
  • BANNED BREEDS for Houndsville to comply with insurance, copies of certificate of exemption and public liability must be sent to the Houndsville email prior to booking.
  • Your banned breed must be microchipped and neutered in compliance with Government guidelines to not invalidate insurances.
  • Once you are securely inside the field, through the pedestrian carpark gate. you may then take lead and muzzles off. The carpark gate must be shut and therefore locked and only opened when your dog is safe and secure inside your vehicle.
  • banned breed dogs are required to be muzzled and led into the field from carpark to field and field to carpark on return.
  • You must use Houndsville with a 1-1 ratio (dog to handler) for all banned breeds. For example 1 person= 1 dog. 2 dogs=2 people and so on.
  • Banned breeds will need to be kept on a muzzle and lead with their 1-1 handler should you mix with other households.

 

Please note that:

We endeavour to offer a dog shower during the winter months to wash your dog down before your journey home

If we have to close the field due to weather or technical reasons we will notify customers as soon as possible, and rebook as required

Please do not proceed with a booking if you have a banned breed and/or do not wish to comply with terms and conditions.

If terms and conditions are not met we reserve the right to cancel, close accounts and disallow future bookings.
